About the houses
There can be few panoramic views more magical than those from the terraces of The White House and The Glass House. These luxury 6-bedroom villas are beautifully situated on the hillside of Pučišća on the unspoiled island of Brač, just a short ferry ride from Split town. Each villa has its own pool, jacuzzi, and gym, and is situated just 200m from local beaches and the authentic Croatian town of Pučišća, with its medley of cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes.
The Space
Both villas boast six ensuite bedrooms, two lounges, each with a sofa bed, air conditioning in every room, wifi throughout the properties, private heated pools, jacuzzis, gyms, and multiple terraces, including large sundecks. Each villa also features an outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, and BBQ, with an abundance of sun beds, outdoor sofas, and terraces to cater to everyone's needs. These beautiful villas, thoughtfully designed by award-winning architect Damir Rako, can each sleep up to 16 people, providing ample space for guests both inside and out.
The White House and The Glass House each offer unique features to ensure a luxurious and comfortable stay. The White House provides two fully equipped kitchens, making it an excellent choice for large family groups or gatherings. Meanwhile, The Glass House is equipped with a relaxing infrared sauna, providing an ideal way to unwind after a day of exploring the island.
Easily accessible from Split airport, either by water taxi or local ferry, a five-minute walk from the villas leads you to the heart of the authentic village of Pučišća, with it’s numerous restaurants and cafes. An even shorter walk brings you to the inviting local beach. We have a dedicated local housekeeper who will meet you at the villa. She is available to explain how everything in the villas works and can assist with restaurant bookings, boat rentals, and more.
Drenched in the warm Mediterranean sun yet designed to catch the cooling sea breezes, The White House and The Glass House both feature contemporary designs. Uniquely, The White House gets its name from the famous Brač stone used in its construction, the same material used to build its renowned namesake, The White House in Washington. Both villas, thoughtfully constructed with this iconic stone, offer an array of terraces lined with native plants and trees, providing a soothing atmosphere and striking vantage points at any time of day. From these spots, you can gaze upon the crystal blue waters of the Adriatic Sea towards the dramatic mountain range above the city of Split or turn to watch as the dazzling white stone village of Pučišća takes on a subtle shade of pink under the setting sun.
The Bedrooms:

These beautiful villas, built as our personal family retreats, are filled with all the modern conveniences one could desire. Each house boasts six serene bedrooms, all individually designed with their own en-suite bathrooms for complete privacy. Every bedroom is equipped with a separate air-conditioning unit in both houses, allowing guests to independently adjust their own indoor temperatures, adding an extra layer of personalized comfort. In The White House, each bedroom also features a flat-screen TV for that extra touch of luxury. All bathrooms across both houses are furnished with their own hairdryers for added convenience.

The outdoor living spaces span across various terraces on different levels. The sun deck, perched atop the villas, is a sun worshipper's paradise, basking in sunlight from dawn to dusk. It's also where the large Jacuzzi provides a refreshing break from the midday heat. From this vantage point, the breathtaking views over the sea and down to the village are truly magnificent, offering a perfect spot to watch the sunset.
The main terrace houses the pool, offering the same awe-inspiring views. Both The White House and The Glass House have dedicated outdoor cooking spaces, each equipped with a large BBQ and a Pizza oven.
